I knew that there are three types Udon, Sanuki udon, Inaniwa udon, and Ise udon. I found that udon noodles are easier to make than I expected. I was interested in the types of toppings.  4.      Hello! My name is Rina Aoki. I am from Yamaguchi prefecture and lived there until I graduated from high school. Do you know the tourist site, Akiyoshidai? Akiyoshidai is the largest karst plateau in Japan. It is fun to drive or bike the karst road and look at it from the observatory.
