Presentation comments - Noodles

1. Arisa Hayashi

 She talked about Kagoshima ra-men. I knew for the first time an event called of ra-men o. And she introduced two ra-men shops in Kagoshima. Every shop's ra-men looks very delicious. I was particularly interested in Zabon Ramen. 

3. Yu Tomiyama

 She talked about Udon. I knew that there are three types Udon, Sanuki udon, Inaniwa udon, and Ise udon. I found that udon noodles are easier to make than I expected. I was interested in the types of toppings. 

4. Mutsumi Matsuda

 She talked about Udon. She introduced six types Udon. There are so-men, hiyamugi, inaniwa Udon, sanuki Udon, kintyakukitsune and, kawahaba Udon. I was interested in Kawahaba Udon. It is because I knew Kawahaba Udon's width is 8 cm. I want eat this Udon. 

5. Kaho Miyake

  She talked about ra-men. She taught us in detail how to make ramen. I heard that her favorite ra-men is tonkotsu ra-men. I  like tonkotsu ramen　very much, so I wanted to know a restaurant where tonkotsu ramen is delicious. And, She talked her favorite ra-men shop, shinasobaya. 

6. Kotomi Honda

  She talked about Udon. She introduced the Kuroda han as a recommended udon restaurant. I often go to that shop so I want to hear the recommended menu. I was interested in Oshibori Udon. It seemed to be eaten with grated radish juice, and I thought it is delicious.

7. Nanaho Ishii

  She talked about Udon. She taught us about the convenience of frozen udon noodles. I have never used frozen udon noodles, so I knew it convenient for the first time. I wanted to hear more about how to eat frozen udon.

8. Narumi Toya

　She talked about chicken ra-men. I've been to the Cup Noodles Museum, so I wanted to talk more about it. But I learned for the first time that chicken ra-men is a space food. And, I was very interested in how to arrange and eat chicken ramen.　I wanted to try a way to eat it like carbonara.

9. Natsuki Kurose 

　She talked about kagoshima ra-men. I knew for the first time kagoshima ra-men is eaten with pickles and tea. I was interested in kagoshima ra-men's roasted pork made with pork toro. I knew that pork toro is a rare part and it melts and is delicious, so I would like to try it.

    Your PowerPoint had many illustrations and photos, which I think made it entertaining for the audience. You flashed a lot of smiles to your audience when you were talking about your favorite noodle dish, called "tantanmen". I think the audience could tell that your really liked "tantanmen" and some of them sympathized with you. In addtion, you had good eyectact.

    I thought it was good that you talked a lot of contents. The contents were familiar things. So I was fun to hear your story. In addition, I felt it was also good that you introduced some stores. I was interested in the shops I want to go there someday.

    You were speaking loudly and clearly during the presentation, and I thought eye contact was good. Also, I thought it was very good because you posted pictures that appealed to the audience.

    I thought it was good that you were making good eye contacts. You were talking a lot of contents, so I could learn many new things that I didn't know before. I thought your presentation would be better, if you practice more without scripts.

    The loudness of the voice and the speed of speaking were very good. It was a very easy-to-understand presentation with PowerPoint. I thought it would be better if you talked with eye contact in mind.

    You were speaking slowly and politely without looking at the manuscript. I think it was good that you had good eye contact with the audience. The loudness and tone of the voice was also very easy to hear. Also, I think it was good to use gestures and PowerPoint.

 1. Fuka Inomoto   She talked about roll cakes. I learned that the origin of roll cake is in Europe. I was interesting roll cake's day, June 6, in Japan. And I wanted to eat Roll-chan, which she recommended. 2. Nanami Takaki    She talked about many of cakes that she have made. She made a lot of things that seemed difficult to make, such as chocolate cakes and puddings, so I thought it was amazing.
