Ritsu Kawahara

She talked about Plain bread and origin of bread. I knew that high-end bread and fruit sandwiches were popular these days, but I was surprised that there are many specialty stores. And although the image of bread that does not use animal ingredients did not look delicious, I thought it would be delicious because it has few calories.

 

Maika Kawamura

She talked about different of bread in a lot of oil and fat. I found that bagels are low calorie bread. I also learned that bagels are boiled. I thought that bagels are healthier because I sometimes eat them with ingredients sandwiched between them.


Yuiho Kawamoto

She talked about her favorite bread. I knew that she likes Curry bread and Danish. I have never eaten Danish. I want to eat chocolate danish pastry and blueberry danish pastry that she said she likes.

Asuka Higo

She talked about kinds of bread. She introduced Melon bread, French bread, croissants, campagne and,  brioche. I learned that croissants are words that mean the moon. I also learned that Campagne is a country bread. Campagne was my favorite bread, but I knew the origin of the name for the first time.

Suzue Ishikawa

She talked about melon bread. I also like melon bread so I enjoyed listening to the presentation. I learned that melon bread is bread made in Japan. She found out that it was first made in Kobe, so I wanted to go to that store. And I learned that there is a delicious melon bakery in Kumamoto.

Mutsumi Matsuda

She talked about rice flour bread. I thought that rice flour bread was a bread that even people with wheat allergies could eat. However, I knew that it was suitable for dieting and I could enjoy the texture. And I learned that when rice flour bread goes out for school lunch, there are occasional heart shapes. I thought that school lunch would be fun.

Ayana Usui

She talked about bread in the world. She introduced French, Italian, German and Danish bread. I thought French bread meant something like a hard baguette. However, I was surprised that breads such as croissants and campagne also originated in France.

Natsuki Kurose

She introduced the bread that comedians, Kamaitachi, can buy at their favorite convenience stores. Many breads that I had never eaten were selected. Many people say that they like steamed cheese cake, and I also like it, so I thought it was a bread that everyone would love.

Presentation comments - Cake

 1. Fuka Inomoto   She talked about roll cakes. I learned that the origin of roll cake is in Europe. I was interesting roll cake's day, June 6, in Japan. And I wanted to eat Roll-chan, which she recommended. 2. Nanami Takaki    She talked about many of cakes that she have made. She made a lot of things that seemed difficult to make, such as chocolate cakes and puddings, so I thought it was amazing. I want to know key points when making a delicious cake. 3. Haruka Tajima 　She talked about three types of cakes. It was about sponge cakes, chocolate cakes and pies. I didn't know Clafoutis.
