Mami Harada

    I first learned about Amami's miso. I thought it could be used for various dishes, so I would like to try it.

    She introduced Ryukyu. She also introduced Kabosu and thought it looked very delicious.

Yu Shigemasa

    She introduced a shop that you can eat cheaply nearby. It looked so delicious that I wanted to eat it.

Yuki Ichinomiya

    She was introducing Chirashizushi. She showed me an easy way to make it, so I'll give it a try.

Ritsu Kawahara

    She introduced Unaju. I was surprised because the energy of it was larger than I expected.

Maika Kawamura

    She introduced meuniere. I found it to be a dish that was very easy to devise.

Ayumi Higashida

    She introduced traditional Japanese fish dishes. The origin of the name of Chanchanyaki in Hokkaido was very interesting.

Yuki Fukuyama

     She introduced Sushi. I found it interesting that the names of sushi in the Edo period differed from region to region.

Jui Maruyama

    She introduced Sushi. I was surprised that sushi makes sense as a meaning of preservation.

Yu Tomiyama

    She introduced fish and chips. It sounds like unhealthy food, but I was surprised that it was actually a balanced diet.

    You could eye contact. This made your presentation easy to hear for audience. However, you sometimes looked at manuscript. So, if you do not make manuscript, you can convey your thought.

    I thought it was good to memorize and speak without looking at the speech manuscript. Also, the PowerPoint was easy to understand and the content of the speech was very well conveyed.

    Your presentation was easy to hear because you memorized the content and spoke openly. There were also pictures, so the story became easier to understand.

    I thought it was good that you were talking a lot with looked at everyone's eyes. I think it is amazing. I was glad to know a lot of information which I haven't know before from your speech.

    You were trying hard to convey it in your own words, so the content was easy to understand. I have never eaten blowfish, so I definitely wanted to try it.

    You were so solid between the sentences that it was easy to hear and understand. I think it will be better if I put eye contact.

    I thought it was good that you were actively incorporating eye contact into your speech. Also, you were talking while making gestures, so it was easier to convey your story and we could enjoy to listening to your story.

 1. Fuka Inomoto   She talked about roll cakes. I learned that the origin of roll cake is in Europe. I was interesting roll cake's day, June 6, in Japan. And I wanted to eat Roll-chan, which she recommended. 2. Nanami Takaki    She talked about many of cakes that she have made. She made a lot of things that seemed difficult to make, such as chocolate cakes and puddings, so I thought it was amazing.
